as well as their further maintenance and support within the concluded Service-Level Agreements (SLA) framework. The FINION^TM and ProVIEW^TM products were already discontinued by Eisenmann SE in 2015 and should only be mentioned here for the sake of completeness.

All products and versions named in this letter under point 1 represent long-standing, robust solutions successfully used by our customers. As part of the further development of our products and the associated focus on modern solutions, we unfortunately see ourselves forced to terminate all activities as follows.

• Discontinuation of product-related services (End of Life) 30.06.2023
• Discontinuation of support (End of Service) 31.12.2023

The product E-MES in versions 23.x (as well as versions 19.x; 20.x; 21.x; 22.x) is not affected by this discontinuation.

Keep your systems up to date!

Our current product line has already been successfully established on the market for 5 years and is used by our customers both as an on-premise solution in the company and for cloud-based use. We will be happy to explain the advantages of the current version with the additional modules available today as part of a system presentation.

By switching to the latest version, you ensure that topics such as IT security and compatibility with other systems and system versions are sustainably guaranteed within your company.

We would be happy to provide you with an offer for an upgrade to our latest software as part of a joint project. A project would include an analysis of the current situation including a service description, a time schedule taking into account availability and downtimes, as well as a financial overview of the costs for the possible upgrade of the solutions used.

If you do not make use of this offer, you can of course continue to use the software you have purchased! However, we are obliged to point out that we will no longer be able to provide support after the dates mentioned under 1.

If you are interested in an update but the timeline for 2023 is not feasible, please get in touch with us. We can also define a date for 2024. We are happy to support you in securing your production-critical systems against risks in terms of security, stability, and compatibility. We can offer you this possibility in connection with the changeover to the current version of our software and, in the best case, in connection with a support and maintenance contract.
