We have set up the ENISCO FORCAM EMES software at PMP Drive Systems INDIA Pvt Ltd for their assembly line and storage system.

Our solution is fully web-based and easy to use. It includes both WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) features that work together. The software helps track and trace every PMP gear as it is stored and taken out of the racks. It talks directly with the SAP system and follows FIFO, LIFO, or any custom priority for storing parts, so materials are always managed correctly. Anyone can access the system from any web browser.

The software gives clear reports for both operators and management. On the assembly line, once a part is loaded onto the conveyor and scanned with a barcode, all steps happen automatically—no manual work needed. You can also set up different recipes and show images for each step. Operators see these images and follow simple instructions on the screen to do each job right.
