The starting point for an IT solution is a concrete task or problem of a customer. These are used for analysis and are solved through the use of software or in an interaction of hardware and software. Once the IT solution is in place, it must be implemented and operated.  In general, the IT solution is used to improve workflows, procedures and processes. An IT solution solves concrete tasks or problems through the use of software or a combination of hardware and software.
