  We are a pioneer of Industry 4.0 – our roots go back to the 1990s. Our established factory software solutions as well as our consulting and services cover every stage of digital transformation in discrete manufacturing – from entry into the smart factory to the management of international production and logistics processes.

  Our customers include large and medium-sized companies such as Audi, Bizerba, Borgwarner, BWF Group, Daimler Buses, IKEA, Jungheinrich, Liebherr, NMH, Siemens Energy, Swarovski Optik and Voestalpine.

  Working at FORCAM ENISCO is correspondingly international: our approximately 150 employees worldwide work in the DACH region at the Böblingen, Heidelberg and Ravensburg locations as well as from their home offices. Our offices abroad are located in France, the USA, China and India.

  FORCAM ENISCO GmbH forms the umbrella organization. The holding company supports the two companies FORCAM GmbH and ENISCO by FORCAM GmbH in all tasks and projects. Our main shareholder is the family company Dietmar Hopp.

• How does the application process work?
  • You will find a practical online form below each job advertisement to make it easy for you to send us your application. Please send us your documents preferably in PDF format.
  • As a first step, it is also sufficient to send us your CV or a link to your informative XING/LinkedIn profile via the application form. You are welcome to submit further documents at a later date.
  • A cover letter is not a “must have” for us, but a “nice to have”.
  • If you discover several interesting vacancies, it is sufficient if you apply for one of the positions and give us a reference to the other position(s) relevant to you in your application.

• How does the application process work?
  • Once we have received your application documents, we will check them very carefully.
  • We always keep an eye on the positions that are currently vacant and may present you with other current vacancies that could be of interest to you.
  • Our aim is to examine a wide range of options for cooperation and still give you prompt feedback.
